THE POOKIE RULES
We want Pookie Points to stay fun, generous, and fair for everybody.
Here’s what you need to know.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

- Another Pookie Points reward
- Referral discounts
- Birthday offers
- Promotional codes

Unless From Paradise specifically states that the offers may be combined.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS APPLY
Each Pookie Points reward has its own minimum merchandise purchase requirement.
Your eligible merchandise subtotal must meet that requirement for the reward to be used.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
POINTS HAVE NO CASH VALUE
Pookie Points cannot be:
- Exchanged for cash
- Sold
- Transferred to another customer

Pookie Points are earned on qualifying merchandise purchases.
Points are not earned on:
- Shipping charges
- Taxes
- Gift cards

- Purchases specifically excluded from an offer or promotion
If points were earned from merchandise that is later canceled, returned, or refunded, those points may be removed from your rewards balance.

Review points are available for eligible reviews connected to qualifying purchases.
The following may be disqualified:

Unfollowing and following again does not reset your eligibility.
Eligible Facebook and TikTok share rewards may be earned:
Once every 30 days per platform
Repeated disconnecting, reconnecting, unfollowing, refollowing, or other activity intended primarily to generate duplicate rewards may result in points being removed and you being banned from the program.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
BIRTHDAY RULES
The 100-point birthday-save bonus may only be earned once per rewards account.
Birthday information should be accurate. Once it is entered, it cannot be changed.
Your birthday-month surprise may include additional terms that will be provided when the offer is issued.

If you redeem a reward and later return or refund the qualifying order, the redeemed reward may not automatically be returned to your account.
