For bracelets, complimentary resizing is available for smaller wrist sizes. For larger alterations, two bracelets must be purchased. As each piece is pre-made and ready to ship with little to no materials leftover. This allows me to rework the design into your ideal size with care. Any extra materials will be shipped with your order. Leave your desired length in the notes at checkout and your personalized piece will be lovingly remade just for you!

While crystals are powerful and beautiful, some are naturally delicate and require gentler handling. Certain stones/metals may be sensitive to water, sunlight, salt, and heat which can cause damage over time. Please research the care required to keep your piece in excellent condition. Additionally, our jewelry packaging is reusable. You can store and protect your jewelry when not in use.

Absolutely! International shipping is available.

In the rare occurrence that your package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with Usps or Etsy. After that investigation, it is the customers responsibility to file the insurance claim for reimbursement if the item is indeed lost or damaged in transit.
